Introduction

When you hear someone described as a 'bridezilla', a 'drill sargent', a 'control freak', or a 'chick magnet', you instantly know what someone means by each of these descriptions. This is because each of these descriptions refers to a common, one-dimensional character that's found in many stories, TV shows, movies, plays, and other media you've consumed throughout your life. In this lesson, you'll learn more about the roles of these kinds of stock characters and archetypes.
